VBAC with The Pink Kit Method For Birthing Better®
Many families know they have increased their chances of achieving their goal to have a vbac because they took the time to prepare their pregnant body to give birth and learned the appropriate skills to work with their baby's efforts to be born. The added benefits is to use the skills no matter what type of birth unfolds. You always stay connected, in charge, in control and feel empowered.
Birth Plans with The Pink Kit Method For Birthing Better®
Too often Birth Plans don't eventuate. We'll discuss the need to create another type of Birth Plan based on how you are preparing for the birth and what skills you'll use ... in other words what will your birth provider see in your behaviors and how you act. This is SO very important. We'll help you write your Pink Kit Birth Plan about what you do.
Hospital Births with The Pink Kit Method For Birthing Better®
Too many people assume hospital births can't possibly give the same satisfaction as a home birth. This is not accurate! Pink Kit families have wonderful hospital births because they use their skills to do the activity of giving birth even when there are medical assessments, monitoring and procedures.
I've also started Friends of The Pink Kit Method GROUP
This group is for Pink Kit families to tell their Pink Kit stories, set up discussions about how they used the resource (with all it's imperfections) to prepare for the birth of their baby. This will help pregnant families know more about how The Pink Kit skills are adaptable and personalize. This is a great place for Pink Kit dads to open up conversations with other expectant fathers who really want to know how to help effectively.
